1963 Woman’s Day American Needlework Set, Rose Wilder Lane Book + Boxed Pattern Manual

This two-volume American needlework set includes the Woman’s Day Book of American Needlework by Rose Wilder Lane (the daughter of Laura Ingalls Wilder) from 1963 and the companion Book of Patterns and Instructions for American Needlework. 

The hardcover volume offers a comprehensive history of American needlework traditions, while the boxed manual provides step-by-step instructions and full-size patterns for reproducing early American designs in embroidery, quilting, knitting, crochet, and other techniques.
