A charming set of four antique French volumes bound in warm caramel leather spines with contrasting deep green spine labels and beautifully marbled boards in swirling rust, gold, and cream tones.

This is a run of works by R. Töpffer, published in Paris by Librairie de L. Hachette in the 1860s. The rich leather, delicate gilt tooling, and painterly marbled endpapers give this small stack real old-world sophistication, perfect for a writing desk, library shelf, or curated vignette.

Together they measure approximately 7 x 4.5 inches.
