The Evangelisches Gesangbuch (Evangelical Hymnal) is a German-language hymnal published in 1899 by the German Evangelical Synod of North America in St. Louis, Missouri.

Printed entirely in Gothic (Fraktur) script, the hymnal contains the devotional songs used in German-speaking Evangelical congregations across the United States at the turn of the twentieth century.

The front cover bears the personalized inscription "Georg Warmann, 1900," suggesting it was a personal gift at the time of publication.

Condition: The small black leather cover features elaborate gold tooling in good decorative condition, with gilt page edges. The spine has severely deteriorated: the leather is cracking and peeling at both the top and bottom, and the boards are nearly detached. Interior pages in Fraktur script appear clean and intact with no markings noted. Slipcase intact and in good condition.
