The story follows three young friends through a summer of sailing, shipwreck, and island survival, equal parts Robinson Crusoe and classic American boys' serial.

Illustrated with black-and-white drawings throughout.

Condition: Tan cloth hardcover with illustrated color cover art in red and black showing the series' signature adventurous boy and vignette scenes. Boards show general soiling, toning, and edge wear. Spine is intact. Interior pages show age toning; binding is firm. A complete and readable copy with appealing original cover art.
