Who wrote it: "French Hand Sewing for Infants," Volume Two, by Sarah Howard Stone, illustrated by Lenice Dean Garrison, this Second Printing dated March 1985 with a 1984 copyright, a heirloom sewing and needlework instruction book.

What it's about: Stone, described on the jacket as an acknowledged master teacher of the art, walks readers through christening gowns, caps and bonnets, daygowns, trousseau pieces, and baby and boy dresses, building on techniques from her first volume.

Why I like it: This copy is dedicated "to Oliver, my first and only love,".

Condition: Blue cloth hardcover with gilt spine lettering, pictorial dust jacket present. The dust jacket shows creasing and edge wear with a small tear at the head of the spine. Please review all photos carefully, and email me with any questions.

Thanks so much for visiting,
❤️ Jess
