Eight volumes from the celebrated Harvard Classics (Five-Foot Shelf of Books) in the Edition Deluxe binding.

The binding is as impressive as the contents: rich crimson red leatherette with deeply embossed gold scrollwork, bold black label bands with gold lettering, and the Harvard VERITAS shield stamped at the base of each spine. The interiors carry gorgeous red, black, and gold marbled endpapers. This is the Fifty-First Printing (1959), published by P. F. Collier & Son Corporation.

The eight volumes span volumes 32-39.

Together they measure approximately 8.25 x 10 inches. Perfect for a traditional library, a richly appointed study, or any interior that calls for a wall of deep crimson and gold.
