Two novels by Gene Stratton-Porter, offered together as a set. Her Father's Daughter was published by Doubleday, Page & Company in 1921; Laddie: A True Blue Story, illustrated by Herman Pfeifer, was published by Doubleday, Page & Company in 1913 and is present here in a Grosset & Dunlap reprint. Both are characteristic works by one of America's most beloved nature writers and storytellers.

Her Father's Daughter: tan cloth hardcover with gilt and color floral design; moderate cover wear with some fading. Laddie: blue-green cloth hardcover with Art Nouveau vine design; significant wear to spine and covers with surface fading. Both copies have ownership inscriptions on front endpapers. Please review all photos carefully, and email me with any questions.
