Who wrote it: This Library of America volume collects three of John Updike's major novels, Couples, Rabbit Redux, and A Month of Sundays, edited by Christopher Carduff. This is a first printing.
What it's about: These three novels represent Updike at the height of his powers, documenting suburban American life, sexuality, religion, and cultural upheaval across the late 1960s and early 1970s with his characteristic precision and wit.
Why I like it: Library of America editions are very collectible and very handsome. This one may be a former library book, but it appears to have never been read.
Condition: Blue cloth hardcover with dust jacket; former library copy with library tape and barcode on jacket. Interior appears clean. Please review all photos carefully, and email me with any questions.
Thanks so much for visiting, ❤️ Jess
