Jo's Boys and Little Men, Louisa May Alcott, Vintage Hardcover Set

Who wrote it: This is a two-book set of Louisa May Alcott's Little Women sequels, Jo's Boys and Little Men. Little Men was published by The Saalfield Publishing Company with illustrations by Helen Osborne, and Jo's Boys by The Goldsmith Publishing Company of Chicago.

What it's about: The two novels follow Jo March and her husband as they raise a houseful of children at Plumfield, carrying on the warmth and gentle storytelling that made Little Women beloved. They make a natural pair for any Alcott collection.

Special features: Both books wear colorful pictorial dust jackets, and Little Men carries a 1943 illustration copyright with drawings by Helen Osborne.

Why I like it: I love this set because the dust jackets are so colorful and fun, and of course because they are Louisa May Alcott books.

Condition: Two hardcovers in dust jackets, Little Men in blue cloth and Jo's Boys in red cloth; both jackets show edge wear and chipping, and the pages carry age toning. Please review all photos carefully, and email me with any questions.
