Illustrated school reader, with color illustrations by Edwin Deming, who was well known for his paintings and drawings of Native American life.
The spine of this book has two swastikas, which were traditional Native American symbols at the time and had not yet been adopted by the Nazi party.
This hardcover is in overall good condition. There is a stain that bleeds through several pages in the middle of the book.
