A darling collectible book from 1962! The Royal Canadian Air Force Exercise Plans book is a fitness guide originally developed in the 1950s for Canadian Air Force pilots. It contains two separate programs: 5BX (Five Basic Exercises) for men and XBX (Ten Basic Exercises) for women. The plans take 11-12 minutes per day. 

This is a revised US Edition, sixth printing, softcover. 

This book is in good condition except for the middle page being loose from the staples.
