William Hope "Coin" Harvey was an American lawyer, author, politician, and health resort owner best remembered as a prominent public intellectual advancing the idea of monetary bimetallism. Harvey was also the founder of the short-lived Liberty Party and that party's nominee for President of the United States in 1932.

The Book was the last title written by Harvey and expanded on his financial beliefs, his populist politics, and the platform of The Liberty Party. 

This paperback is in good condition. Stamp on title page. Very scarce.
