**Who wrote it**
The Dictionary of Interior Design was written by Martin Pegler and published by Crown Publishers in 1966. Pegler was a professor at the Fashion Institute of Technology and one of the most prolific writers on retail and interior design of the twentieth century.

**What it's about**
A comprehensive illustrated reference covering the terminology of interior design, furniture styles, architectural elements, and decorative arts, organized alphabetically and illustrated throughout with line drawings. It is both a practical reference and a pleasure to browse.

**Why I like it**
I love all things interior design, and this kind of richly illustrated vintage reference is especially satisfying. Every page has something interesting.

**Condition**
Dusty rose cloth hardcover; no dust jacket. Cover boards show some spotting. Interior clean. Please review all photos carefully, and email me with any questions.

Thanks so much for visiting,
❤️ Jess
