What it's about: Wentworth, later famous for her Miss Silver mysteries, wrote this earlier standalone thriller involving a stolen lacquer case and the intrigue surrounding it.

Condition: Mustard cloth hardcover with gilt-lettered spine panel, no dust jacket, light fraying to the cloth at the spine head and faint spotting to a few interior pages. Please review all photos carefully, and email me with any questions.
